Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage targets areas of pain or discomfort – whether your pain is short term (injury related) or long term (from chronic ailments) – massage can help you manage the symptoms.

We recommend at least 30 minutes if you have a recent injury or are looking for focused massage. 30 minutes is enough time to focus on one or two bothersome areas and their associated muscle groups, but 60-90 minutes is preferred if we are trying to include full body plus focus areas for targeted work.

If you’ve been in a car accident in the last few days, and you haven’t seen a doctor, we will ask you to do that before we work on you.
