  • We shared a space with Lakeshore Pilates for six years before both businesses grew enough to need more space. At that point, we moved across the hall where we spent the next seven years. In 2017, we bought our own building in Washington Square and moved the business to this thriving business district. In September of 2023, ownership of Harbor Health transitioned from Tammy’s oversight to the capable hands of Jess Trusty.

    Harbor Health & Massage now has several licensed massage therapists (LMT) who are certified in a variety of techniques. All of our massage therapists are licensed in Michigan.
