Prenatal Massage
Mama, you deserve a break! Massage is safe during all three trimesters, but be sure to select prenatal massage when booking.
Expecting mothers can receive either therapeutic or relaxation prenatal massage sessions during pregnancy. It’s important that you select prenatal massage when booking so we can schedule you with a massage therapist who provides this specialized service. Additional modifications will be made, including working with you semi-reclined or lying on your side (rather than face down) and other safety precautions.
Heads up: If you are a high-risk pregnancy, have had complications in previous pregnancies, or are expecting multiples, call before you schedule your appointment. This will help us be better prepared for your visit! Depending on the situation, we may need a note from the OB overseeing your pregnancy.

Infant
Massage
Many babies benefit from massage to encourage bonding between caregiver and baby, or to help ease feeding difficulties due to lip and tongue ties.
Massage can be beneficial, regardless of age. In this 30-minute session, we focus on relaxation and therapeutic work, based on the child’s needs. For caregivers interested in learning massage techniques, consider taking our Infant Massage Class. This two-part class will teach you skills to help support your infant as they adjust to life as well as new techniques to use as your child grows. These techniques are gentle and safe, and can be used with older children, spouses and elders as well. Infant massage classes are scheduled in two segments: 90 minutes prior to baby’s arrival, and a 60-minute follow-up session after the 6-week mark postpartum.
30 Minutes • $60
90 Minute Class • $145
60 Minute Follow-Up • $110
Up to 2 families can take this, so bring a friend and split the cost!
Note: You can not book an infant massage or class online, please contact our office directly.
Sports Massage
Whether you’re an athlete or have just been hitting the gym hard, a sports massage can treat your acute or chronic injuries and get the relief you need with a sports massage.
Push yourself to the next level without the aches slowing you down. Our sports massage isn’t just for athletes—it’s for anyone who wants to stay active, prevent injuries, or recover faster. We focus on your muscles, joints, and connective tissue so you can move freely and feel strong again.

Therapeutic Massage
Target your areas of pain or discomfort—whether your pain is short-term (injury-related) or long-term (chronic pain).
We recommend at least 30 minutes if you have a recent injury or are looking for a focused massage. A 30-minute massage is just enough time to focus on one or two bothersome areas and their muscle groups, but 60-90 minutes is the way to go if you want to include the full body plus focus areas for targeted work.
Heads up: If you’ve been in a car accident in the last few days, and you haven’t seen a doctor, we will ask you to do that before we work on you.

Reduce swelling, support immune function, and leave feeling lighter and refreshed with MLD.
Think of MLD as a gentle reset button for your body’s natural drainage system. Using soft, rhythmic strokes, we help your lymphatic system move fluids more efficiently. This process is subtle, relaxing, and surprisingly effective, and is perfect for anyone looking to support overall wellness and feel a little less “puffy” at the end of the day. Heads up: If looking to receive Manual Lymphatic Drainage following a surgical procedure, please call us. There are some surgical procedures (mostly those that fall into the cosmetic category) in which we do not have the appropriate training to assist. If booked and it is not safe to receive MLD for a specific surgical treatment, we will have to send you home.
Pricing:
30 Minutes • $70
60 Minutes • $110
When scheduling, keep in mind that first-time MLD clients require an initial 90-minute appointment and then are eligible for 30 and 60-minute follow-up sessions. This 90-minute session cost is $145.

This technique sucks—literally. Using gentle suction, this process will lift and stretch your soft tissue.
By using gentle suction, cupping therapy lifts and decompresses the soft tissues rather than compressing them, as in traditional massage. This negative pressure helps improve local circulation, reduce fascial restrictions, and promote the movement of metabolic waste from the tissues.
If you’ve ever felt like your muscles need more than standard pressure work to release, cupping can be an effective addition to your treatment plan. Clients often notice improved mobility, reduced muscle tension, and a deep sense of relief following a session. The sensation is unique compared to other massage techniques, but many find the therapeutic benefits well worth it.

Get that “ahhh” feeling when you add the warm and soothing power of Castor Oil to your massage for only $7.
Warm, soothing, and surprisingly powerful, our castor oil heat treatment is designed to calm your muscles and reduce inflammation. The oil permeates deeply while gentle heat works to relax tight spots, leaving you feeling cozy, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day. How does it work? The active ingredient in castor oil is a fatty acid called ricinoleic acid, which can act as an anti-inflammatory. Adding heat helps your skin and body absorb for maximum benefits.

Acupuncture can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including pain, digestive disorders, emotional disorders, infertility, and more.
Eternal Crane Wellness is located conveniently right inside our office. Andrew Crapo, a licensed Acupuncturist, is available 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays). Visit eternalcranewellness.com/holland or email their team directly when you are ready to book your free consultation or schedule an appointment.
What to Expect: Typically, when beginning acupuncture treatments, you’ll want to book 4-6 visits up front. This usually consists of one appointment per week for 4-6 weeks. Some people are able to be treated twice per week (with a day in between treatments). After the initial series, we hope to have patients on a once-a-month maintenance treatment plan; however, there are a few cases in which we will want to see you more frequently.
*ECW’s services are separate from Harbor Health.

Benefits of Massage
Getting regular massages doesn’t just make you feel good in the short-term, they are good for your overall health.
Acute (Short-Term) Ailments
If you find yourself with one of the acute ailments below (ouch!), massage will be beneficial in the short term. But it doesn’t stop there! Once we help with the acute injury or problem, we encourage you to continue with maintenance work (every 4-6 weeks) when possible.
-
Muscle strains or sprains (post-acute phase, after swelling subsides)
Whiplash (after initial inflammation decreases)
Tension headaches/migraines (episodic attacks)
Sports injuries (pulled muscles, overuse injuries)
Postural strain (from sudden overexertion, sitting too long, new physical demands like increased physical demands from occupation or sports training)
Sciatica flare-ups (when caused by muscle compression vs. disc pathology - we would refer to a Chiropractor or PT if it was known disc pathology, but sometimes those folks also benefit from us working the soft tissue surrounding the problem area.)
Stress-induced tension (relaxation focus for short-term muscle tightness from acute stress)
Post-surgical recovery (once cleared by physician, for scar tissue, mobility, circulation) --MLD is great for recovery, and we can usually see them sooner for MLD than traditional therapeutic work.
Acute back or neck pain (non-fracture, muscular origin)
Soft tissue injuries (contusions, overuse soreness, “weekend warrior” aches)
Chronic (long-standing) Pain
Chronic back pain is the #1 problem we support people with. If you have chronic pain, let us help you find relief. #1 we see!
